The Yukon operates without electricity, which is ideal for people living off the power grid or for those who would benefit from a dependable source of back up heat or an added cooking surface (w/lift top), it also uses #1 or #2 fuel oil, which easily hooks-up to an oil tank fed by gravity or vacuum pump, and with its 130 CFM blower (with variable speed control) it' s sure to keep you and yours nice and toasty. This model is a freestanding model in flat black equipped with adjustable threaded under legs and cast iron door with borosilicate glass to view the yellow flames that recreate the appearance of a wood fire!
