Return Policy
Susitna Energy Systems stands behind the quality of all the products we sell and chose to sell products of only the highest quality. However, because of the nature of some items and the manner in which they can be misused- we cannot accept returns on all the items we sell.

There are no returns on electrical items. There is a 20% restocking fee for all other returns. Absolutely no returns after 30 days. If you feel that an error was made on your order or if the product you ordered was not as you expected, please contact us immediately. We will do our very best to resolve the problem in a prompt and amicable manner.

Please contact us if you feel the item you received is defective or was damaged during shipping. If you believe that an item you purchased through us requires a warranty return, please contact us for details on the specific manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty returns will be conducted within the individual manufacturer’s policies.
