Shipping Rates & Policies
All items less than 70lbs are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Items over 70lbs will be shipped UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Items over 70lbs shipped to the Alaskan Bush will be shipped freight collect with the carrier of the customer’s choice. Everts Air Cargo, Northern Air Cargo, ACE Air Cargo, and Alaska Airlines are a few of the carriers we use often.
There is a $25 delivery fee for delivery of your order to the freight carrier. Please contact us for International Shipment methods.
Shipping insurance is available and recommended.
*Some items (e.g. batteries, refrigerators, wind generator towers) may involve additional shipping fees. These are items we do not stock in our store and need to have shipped from the lower 48. We strive to make a note on every product on this website when additional shipping charges will apply. In these cases, the automatic checkout can not calculate exact shipping charges. We will contact you by phone or email after your order is placed to inform you of the total shipping charges and will ask for your approval before the order is processed and finalized.
