What customers say
I bought a heater from Susitna last December. At some point I realized it was not the correct heater for my space. They took care of the situation for me with excellent service. I could not be happier with their work, service and helpfulness. These are the people to use for so many home needs.
Ok so I waited to post this review. I figured the customer service I got on my first purchase was a fluke. No way could someone be that thorough and thoughtful. Well after several transactions I can safely say I've never seen customer service like I have here. And I worked retail for a decade. You might pay a few bucks more for an item, but they will stick with you and figure everything out after the sale. Totally worth it in my opinion. I haven't even mentioned the page long technical responses to questions about solar I had. All put into words I could understand. I'm impressed.
Outstanding service and quality products for a terrific price. We had checked 2 other solar companies and got quotes from them that were more than double the price of Susitna Energy Solutions. Jordan came out to a very remote location and installed a new inverter for us and he took the time to listen to our concerns and suggested an inverter that would work well for us. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this company!
