The Eccotemp i12 Indoor Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater is one of the most advanced indoor models in the Eccotemp tankless line. Rated at an impressive 4.0 GPM with a temperature rise of 38 degrees and 80,000 BTU per hour, the Eccotemp i12-LP can meet all your hot water needs.

Eccotemp’s advanced 0.7 GPM low-flow ignition technology allows users to enjoy endless hot water without experiencing cold spots. We recommend the Eccotemp i12-LP for smaller single-family homes, apartments, condos, cabins, as well as small commercial applications. Using 1–2 hot water applications simultaneously is easy with the Eccotemp i12-LP. With an upgraded PCB (Product Control Board) and a new gas-modulating valve, users can experience best-in-class temperature performance at an affordable price.

The compact, wall-mounted Eccotemp i12-LP includes a 110/120-volt UL-listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, digital display, and PCB. With its fully automated control system, the unit only draws about 0.5 amps during operation, making it ideal for low energy consumption and efficiency.

The Eccotemp i12 has been tested at elevations up to 2,000 feet. Installation and use above 2,000 feet may affect performance and efficiency. Installation above 5,000 feet is not recommended.
