CENTREX 2000 Composting Toilet System

Perfect for medium to heavy seasonal or light residential use, the Centrex 2000 system allows for a longer composting cycle and larger waste volumes than the 1000 system. The system may be used with one or more Ultra Low Flush Toilets (sold separately) and can be converted to an AC/DC system using the AC/DC kit (sold separately). A non-electric option is also available.

CENTREX 2000 (Electric)

Composting Capacity:

• Residential Use: 4 adults or family of 6
• Weekend/Vacation Use: 7 adults or family of 9

The increased surface area in the evaporating chamber, combined with the larger heating element, provides better evaporation on electric units. When used seasonally by up to 7 adults, compost typically only needs removal annually each spring. In residential use, compost must be extracted more frequently. For up to 4 adults in residential use, some compost will need to be emptied into the finishing drawer every few months.

• 2" vent stack to remove evaporating liquid and odors

CENTREX 2000 NE (Non-Electric)

Composting Capacity:

• Residential Use: 3 adults or family of 5
• Weekend/Vacation Use: 6 adults or family of 8

When used seasonally by up to 6 adults, compost typically only needs removal annually each spring. In residential use, compost must be extracted more frequently.

• Fitted with a 4" vent stack
• Optional 12 V fan recommended for heavy seasonal/residential use, installations subject to downdraft, or when vent bends are required
